This governing board of St. Andrew’s meets in the Chalstrom Parish House monthly. A third of the 9 member vestry is elected for a 3 year term each year in January at the Annual Congregational Meeting. Persons elected must be 17 years of age, attend church regularly, be confirmed Episcopalians and givers of record. The Vestry is responsible for all fiduciary matters of the Parish, maintaining the property, and for working with the Rector to develop programs, which build up the congregation.
